Sowing Life and Reinventing the Divine

A solidarity project in the heart of rural India

In Pooth, a small village two hours from Delhi, a place resonates with children’s laughter, prayers, and hope. This is where Soul Children Home, a school founded by a devoted man, welcomes 45 children from very modest families.

Vibration Solidaire has been supporting this project for several years, in direct connection with the local community, to improve the children’s quality of life and support the women who care for them.

🌸 A Living and Supportive Community

Around the school, a small community comes alive: women, men, mothers, fathers, teachers, and volunteers who live together or come to share, sing, and pray in the ashram.

Everyone contributes to the daily life of the place – cooking, maintenance, education, meditation, and celebrations.

This human weaving is the heart of the project: a circle of love and sharing where every gesture has meaning.

✂️ A First Step: Last Year

In 2024, thanks to the funds raised during the Yoga Shanti Home retreats, an initial amount was sent. It allowed the women working in the ashram to attend sewing training.

A few months later, they were sewing the children’s school uniforms themselves – a powerful symbol of autonomy, skill, and dignity.

This collective success inspired us to go further.

🌳 This Year: Cultivating the Earth, Nourishing Life

For 2026, the new project aims to create a large permaculture garden and a small edible jungle.

The goal: to improve the children’s diet, which is often limited to one simple meal of rice and lentils per day, lacking the nutrients essential for healthy growth.

The gardens will be designed and cared for by the children and their families, so they can learn to grow, tend, and harvest their own vegetables and fruits.

The ashram already has ample land, cows to produce compost, and a strong community spirit: the perfect ingredients to make life bloom.

🌱 How Donations Will Be Used

Each contribution helps to:

Create and maintain sustainable gardens and an edible jungle,
Purchase the necessary tools, seeds, and materials,
Fund educational workshops on nutrition, gardening, and English language,
Support the local community, especially women, in their empowerment initiatives.

The project is already going on.

Soul Children Home is not just a school – it is a living home, an extended family.

Every day blends learning, singing, yoga, meditation, cooking, and moments of joy.

Visitors experience Seva: selfless service, the art of giving without expecting.
And receiving far more in return: peace, clarity, and purpose.

This sacred place invites you to slow down, to root, and to reconnect with the essential. Between the sacred river Ganges and an ancient temple, days flow in harmony with children’s laughter, prayers, and smiles.

💛 Transparency and Follow-up

Our fundraiser is fully transparent: all funds collected will be transferred from the account of the association Vibration Solidaire directly to the official project accounts.

Each donor who provides their contact details will receive proof of expenses, including receipts and material purchases.
